Brand Audit & Guidelines
Nailing down a brand is hard, but it’s even harder with multiple storefronts in different cities, multiple social platforms, and an e-commerce website. To help Søbr Market bring cohesion to the brand, I performed a brand audit, helped create a refreshed brand guidelines deck, and created a landing page & social media content that better reflects the brand’s message.

Through my brand audit, I found that some customer touchpoints, such as the signage inside their Winnipeg storefront, their Instagram feed, and their Facebook page banner, don’t align with the brand’s core ethos: shame-free non-alcoholic beverage education. Misaligned messages prevent Sobr Market from resonating as deeply with their target audiences as they could.
To ensure all touchpoints are on-brand, we created a brand guidelines deck that emphasizes Søbr Market’s mission, vision, core values, voice, and tone. Mock Instagram posts and a mock landing page give a glimpse into how these touchpoints could be better aligned.
